The property can accommodate from 6 to 8 people (additional spots can be added by agreement).
The apartment that hosts you is very spacious and comfortable, centered around the main living area, accessed via a beautiful staircase made of Pietra Serena stone. You will be greeted by a lovely room furnished with antique furniture, featuring a spacious kitchenette and a beautiful fireplace where you can relax, converse, and enjoy your meals.
Located on the first floor of the farmhouse, from this central area, the four/five very bright bedrooms all with panoramic views (8/10 beds) are arranged on a single level, including the three bathrooms.
Around the house, you will find small corners furnished with garden tables and chairs. In the large and sunny lawn in front of the house, there is a terrace area for outdoor dining with a barbecue, a large wooden table, and a lounge area to relax under the shade of a large oak tree that will embrace you with its immense branches.
The farmhouse is divided into a first floor dedicated to agritourism hospitality and a ground floor where the family’s apartment is located. They will introduce you to life on the estate, provide information about the surroundings and activities, and offer suggestions on local products. With separate and distinct entrances, this ensures a welcoming and informal hospitality while still providing the privacy you desire.
One area, to the left of the living room, consists of two connecting rooms: a cozy double bedroom with two windows and an adjacent delightful bunk bed room made of wood, served by its own bathroom with a view of the hill covered in aromatic herbs.
To the right of the common living area, a corridor with windows overlooking pastures and olive trees leads you to a beautiful double bedroom and a bright twin bedroom, both with views of the garden in front of the house, and served by the green bathroom with a shower.
The last double bedroom, accessed via 3 wide stone steps, is very spacious with high ceilings and a window that offers an enchanting panorama. It also has a French door-style balcony overlooking the garden, surrounded by Wisteria and Canadian vines. This suite has its own blue bathroom.
All rooms and bathrooms are equipped with heating.
Furthermore, all the necessary linens are provided, with a focus on the quality of materials, including goose down duvets, pure cotton quilts, real wool blankets, hypoallergenic and/or orthopedic pillows, and high-quality Italian-made cotton and/or satin cotton sheets.
